Deposits and bets
We are no longer accepting bets or deposits, with effect from 10:00hrs BST on 21 October 2020.
Open Bets and unused bonuses
We will pay out all bets which were not settled before 10:00hrs of 21 October 2020 on the basis that they are winning bets.
We will also pay out unused bonuses as cash.
In each case, the funds will be credited to your account.
After [23:59hrs] on [18 November 2020] all UK accounts will be closed permanently.
If after [18 November 2020] you still have funds which were not withdrawn from your account, you will have until [31 December 2020] to contact our Customer Services team and ask for them to arrange to return your funds by an alternative method.
Between [18 November] and [31 December 2020] if your account has any remaining balance, we will make further attempts to contact you including by email [and will attempt to refund monies direct to your payment method where this is possible.
